Richard Jeffers – Founder & Managing Director, Two6 Services Ltd
Richard is an accomplished engineering and operations leader with over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, and digital transformation. A chartered mechanical engineer by training, Richard has held pivotal leadership roles across diverse industrial sectors, driving performance improvements and operational excellence.
As Engineering Director at Heineken UK, Richard led the engineering strategy , overseeing maintenance, asset management, and capital projects across multiple breweries. His leadership was key in enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring asset reliability, and embedding best practices in engineering processes.
Following his time at Heineken, Richard served as Managing Director of RS Industria, a corporate startup focused on making industrial data accessible to improve factory reliability, productivity, and energy efficiency. His ability to blend engineering expertise with digital innovation has positioned him as a thought leader in industrial transformation.
Richard’s career spans roles in blue chip companies, where he led large-scale operational and digital initiatives. Through Two6 Services Ltd, he now offers independent advisory services to startups and corporates, providing tailored solutions in digitisation, maintenance, and operational strategy. Richard is also passionate about mentoring industry leaders, helping them navigate the evolving manufacturing landscape and achieve sustainable growth.
