As Managing Director of RS Industria, I held full P&L accountability, driving growth through strategic initiatives like the acquisition and integration of Monition Ltd. I led the development of an Industrial IoT business model, secured ISO27001 accreditation, and established key partnerships, including AWS. My digital-first Go-to-Market strategy emphasized value-led selling and customer-centric solutions, while the Customer Success Strategy I implemented became a benchmark across the business, enhancing operational and technical capabilities.
