Two6 is led by Richard and Jeff, who have known each other for more than 20 years and worked together across multiple businesses. Their routes into industry were different — university and apprenticeship — which gives Two6 both strategic and practical engineering perspectives. Both have held director-level operational and engineering roles, with accountability for people, assets, performance and execution.
From Newcastle Brown Ale to blue-chip and back to the factory floor.
Two6 brings experience from beer, food manufacturing, global blue-chip businesses, startups, scale-ups, PE-backed environments and family-owned factories.
With roots in Newcastle and formative experience in brewing at Newcastle Brown Ale, Two6 brings a grounded view of industrial performance. The work has moved across sectors and ownership models, but the foundation remains the same: practical asset management, operational judgement and respect for the people who have to make improvement work.
